... is the best co. To work, I like their team work and helping nature of employee. There are no tension about job security, salary is satisfactory, colony culture is also best, there are no politics in shop floor and always inspire to their junior employees to learn more and more their jobs.

It was a fantastic journey with CTIL. I was started my job as a bottom level employee and resigned as HoD Stores. Hence I can say that CTIL value the talent. They have nurtur and polished my knowledge. I will always miss d culture of Birla's. Thanks to the management for giving me opportunity to be the part of galaxy.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
