This practice demotivates employees and undermines their contributions. 3. Management’s Attitude: Many managers operate with a sense of superiority, often ignoring employee concerns. Morning meetings that start with threats of termination create a toxic environment and leave employees feeling insecure and shouts and abuse like an immature. 4. Lack of Job and Incentive Security: Employees are treated as dispensable, with no assurance of stability. This creates constant stress and dissatisfaction.
