certain practices in the organization, which are negatively affecting the work environment and employee morale. 1. Incentives Not Paid on Time: Despite hard work and achieving targets, incentives are consistently delayed. This reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to its employees and creates financial uncertainty. 2. Unfair Deductions: Every effort seems to be met with deductions for minor reasons, which feels punitive rather than constructive. This practice demotivates employees and undermines their contributions. 3. Management’s Attitude: Many managers operate with a sense of superiority, often ignoring employee concerns. Morning meetings that start with threats of termination create a toxic environment and leave employees feeling insecure and shouts and abuse like an immature. 4. Lack of Job and Incentive Security: Employees are treated as dispensable, with no assurance of stability. This creates constant stress and dissatisfaction. These issues make it difficult to feel valued or motivated to contribute to the company’s success.
