Good work environment. Team mates are very supportive. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

It is good to work at this company but career growth is slow. I am working in at 14months but less salary hike

Damn good company people are great helping good management learnt a lot

Dislikes

Need to improve in work and social life balance organising cultural meets as it is start up and small organisation it's hard for them but still cultural meet is needed.

My currently project are honny well midleat implementation. Previous project are Nobel group and Apollo hospital.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
