Poor organisational structure No Active HR and Finance For everything you have to rely upon the reporting manager. Poor clients and their vague requirements. No updation of training material, no governance, outdated content where for client from telecom industry, training is a side functionality which is just done for the sake of formality. Least scope for skill development or any kind of upgradation or certification

...excel, deliver, and prove themselves, often leading to well-deserved promotions. Moreover, the compensation is competitive, and the work-life balance is exceptional. In my opinion, it's the best company.

Worst company havent paid my last months salary and deducted 4500/- in feb salary too when asked to manager they started their circus and once laptop is submitted back its done gone you will never get ur hard earned money also your career is tossed due to these clowns.

Manager behaves like he knows everything and just says one thing even if you’re a month old “if u don’t do this you will be out of system, if you dont do that you be thrown out, like seriously people work because of their family and they play with it. ZERO job security and they push you to leave the previous organisation and join their circus”

No Job security once the feel like you have huge package they will downgrade the package without any reason, Work culture is unnecessary pressure, Management is poor not listening to employees, Poor company policies specially when you are leaving the company

No caree growth. No personal or professional growth. You can hear the companies growth but not the employees. Minimal appraisal. Nobody is there to hear your voice, all you have to do is do what client says, doesn't matter logical or illogical. And so on.
