I am working in hybrid model as Sr. manager project manager, and i found here there is no pressure for work if you are completing your task roles and responsibilities on time. our sr. gives us freedom to use our own creativity thoughts and ideas to complete the given task, they are not giving the intructions only tell about the task and the time to complete. we are learning a lot in this organization I m exploring my ideas challanges problem solving skills, team handling stress management and much more.
