Work environment is toxic, with management favouring certain employees, even they make mistakes or not working. Regardless of your role or designation, they will not appreciate for single thing. They expect you to work around the clock including weekends, and even during holidays, you are required to justify why you are not available on the weekends. When it comes long weekend, they will make sure that you will stay in the office and work. Don’t join this company. Purely time waste.
