Never join this organization. Top management misusing the fund money. Strict action should be taken for them. Frequent visit and proper survey of centres to be done by PSUs funding them.

Dislikes

Salary was not given on time. Fund Money was spent somewhere else. Good residency facilities are not provided to the students. Worst Food are given to the students.

Likes

Really loved to work here for 3 years. Management is approachable and you can always implement new ideas. Got to learn lots of new skills from different departments and being in the growing phase of company it was really great to have multiple exposures in the starting phase of career. Got to work in Academics, operations, selection and some parts of management works. Also enjoyed lots of parties by company. Also leaves are granted as per our requirement as management understands employee’s needs.

Dislikes

Salary and other allowances are really great but Promotions and other employee benefits needs to be structured a bit.

It is very difficult to work in this company. Managers commit corruption. Discriminate against local people. They hire only people from UP and Bihar. They increase the salaries of these people and do not increase those of local employees.

The work environment & culture in the organization is very good. Top management and board member treat the junior staff like family members. Managment is very supportive and kind.

THE COMPANY HAS ITS SALARY INCREMENT EVERY YEAR AND IS ALWAYS ON TIME. AS A RESULT IT MOTIVATES TO WORK BETTER. IT GIVES A RELAXABLE JOB WITH NO TRAVEL MUCH EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN MEETINGS. GIVES UP THE OPPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP OURSELVES BY GIVING CERTAIN TASKS.

GROWTH IS SLOW. SOMETIMES, IT BECOMES VERY MUCH BORING TO SIT FOR 24 HRS WITHOUT WORK. NO NEW , INNOVATION TO WORK ON. SENIOR DIRECTORS SEEM TO BE PARTIAL FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES WHO IMPRESSES THEM WITH CERTAIN BACKBITES. NO TRAINING FOR FRESHERS. CERTAIN UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER IS SEEN.
