Nothing except the fact that salary use to come on 8th and not delayed.

Everything is wrong there..they have a VP Operations Davinder Rawat, who is a womeniser, knows nothing, has a EGO the size of Mount Everest and knowledge like a tapri. their Director Operations use to just sing his laurels without checking the facts.

Work culture is best ,everyone has treated equally no matter what's their designation there is mutual respect in between employees.

Dislikes

The bad thing was the salary issue.They show something at the time of hiring and after hiring they provide somethimg else.Hr dept is not good.

The commitment value of this company is poor. Salary structure for front office executive is not standard. Formalities are much much more than salary.
