...no analysis skills. Go and acquire these skills on your own accord. 5. No hike. Technically as the work does not warrant any huge salary. But even 4-5 years you will be at the same position as you were when confirmed. 6. No cafeteria, no public holidays except for on independence, Republic Day and Diwali. No concern for employees in any manner. The CEO thinks 1 employee goes I can get 5 in his/her salary. No recreational activities, no soft skill training. Lack of space 2 write more.

My only good takeaway from the company would be the Delhi branch head who was handling my segment and a few friends I made. Got to learn a lot from him.

...ow Sales profile however tedious comes with perks of good salary and incentives. CMIE is not a good paymaster, salary is low and the incentive scheme is designed in such a way that you'll generally miss target. They hire people on probation and even take years to make them permanent. Also, they are no holiday on festivals!!! There are just 3 or 4 holidays/day offs in a calendar year! Yes I went to office on Holi and Dussehra!! Just to be fair my colleagues came on Eid too!! Work wise it seems interesting at first but then it gets mundane as there is literally nothing to learn, especially if you have been a good student and have an understanding of Macro economics you'll find the MD's view is being inflicted on you. Finally the company is pretty adamant about being the only data provider in the country and puts a blind eye to its growing competition. All in all its an OK company if you're interested in Sales.

Salary very low No holiday No Sunday No Saturday How much time Raju Debnath is working you get nothing. He can terminate even in his 10years old colleague. He can terminate all the office staff Mr Anand Jaiswal , Nabarun Roychowdhury, Prasenjit without any reason. He already can do this...terminate all within 1 month. No job security.

Working in CMIE, the most thing I like that it i the great place to learn.

Dislikes

... the most thing i disliked that the HEAD office will not listen to your problem. Salary is too low. The one who is doing each and every thing is not getting enough salary to survive, and the one who is doing nothing is getting a good salary package.
