Process follow within organisation, but it will be deviated when issue occurs. 8. No additional benefits 9. 6 days week and strict in time must be maintained but outgoing time you never know.

... all the talented employees have gone away. You will lose peace of mind totally. Salary paid is very low compared to your work. Management is very stingy and the appraisal processes are very unfair.
