No perks and benefits other than salary for Extra working or overtime. No conveyance facilities for Employees. No proper Fooding arrangement for extra time working Employees. Needs improvement.

women treated with dignity and work flexibility , job security is minimal and the company policies be amended to work for freelancing

career growth is not there, appraisal needs to be on time, people at the ground level to be given chance to innovate

Centre for electronic governance is an autonomous body of government of Rajasthan under the department of technical education in this department good work environment.

Dislikes

This department is government and there is a lot of politics. Career growth is slow.

Likes

One of the most professional company in the field of consultancy. Work culture and job security is highest if you are giving your 100%. But at few moment management get fixed with perception on other person voice, that may be a limit of a big number of employees. Definitely better than other consultants...appraisal more or less is fair but depends on company profit n that obvious.
