They have unethical work culture,the scientists still remain in the same position even after they get retired. PhD’s try to squeeze the life and work out of JRF’s/SRF’s. The scientist continue to micromanage the students and other employees. If you are in a contractual you are in grave trouble

Dislikes

Personal envy within scientists, dirty politics, delay in research during to personal reasons within scientists, these things make great research feel boring and frustrating though you are quite capable of handling everything..
