Good work culture.Adminstrative team is very strong and sincere.I was working there for 2 years and my will never forget the organisation cos of its good policies,fair appraisal and listening and condition the employee in their worst situation.Management also very nice.I love the Organisation and the CEO Akhila Ma'am.Only lucky candidates will get the opportunity to work with CFAR.The one and only org who highly respect the women and understand the situation of poor of the poorest people and support them as they need to develop along with strengthen the system (Govt.) through advocay .

Dislikes

No training is given to new jionees regarding their job responsibilities.For salary increment the employee have to raise repeatedly.

The organization is itself carrying out awareness against Corona among the employees.

Sometimes, works come up any time. Since our Project Manager is really understanding and supportive so it's manageable.
