Actual the thing is that here I work hard but when you see the salary the salary is not enough. Here we have done our work properly but we don't have any facilities for us. Only they focus on work not thinking about there employees.

Everything I dislike only the working tym is good

... are not getting the payout for their efforts as comparison to other sections...they are getting the overtime also bonus insensitive but in cnc department they didn't get ..so I request to the management please work on it ....and over all I am happy to be a cttcian ..I learnt many things from cttc.. thank you

Nothing is special like other companies..it's major focus is only on official work there is no improvement and encouragement to the employees for extra circular activities

The company doesn't think about employees it's major priorities is to give workload on employees so they will leave

Don't think to be a permanent employee or staff, if you stay there too long time this will spoil your work experience and the money they paid to you is not enough for the kind of/ quality of work you have to do.
