No family life . Promotion is very slow. Becouse of huje stagnation. Unstable postings culture. countinue movement is very irritating

I'm satisfied with my job at crpf and the salary was adequate but i faced uncomfortable on the distance from family.

Regular job, pan-india exposure, social recognition, decent salary.

Pathetic career progression, it takes 10-12 years to get first promotion, no social life, only three months leave to be with family friends.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiness.
