Working condition also innovative as movement of employees of force.this force works on single command system so very good but in this area more chage is under pipe line.

Work pressure , family life , lack of promotion opportunities.

...mentioned above hence often facing interesting/ challenging situations in field.Attractive salary,rigorous training schedules,pride in wearing uniform,frequent movement with fighting troops throughout the country along with non political working environment are some of the attractions.

Dislikes

Remain surrounded with men in uniform in office & field.Training of officers and men is an integral part of job.Job is quite secured but risk of life in service is very high.You keep on learning in office & field throughout service with ample scope of innovations in work.Ample opportunity for sports and fitness.

It is very good organization. Salary is excellent. So many benefits , learn so many experiences. Visit across the country. Getting knowledge about the real cultures of States and there peoples. So many other good things are in crpf

No family life . Promotion is very slow. Becouse of huje stagnation. Unstable postings culture. countinue movement is very irritating

Central Reserve Police Force is very special force of world. Crpf is a paramilitary force under the home ministry

I'm satisfied with my job at crpf and the salary was adequate but i faced uncomfortable on the distance from family.

Likes

Regular job, pan-india exposure, social recognition, decent salary.

Dislikes

Pathetic career progression, it takes 10-12 years to get first promotion, no social life, only three months leave to be with family friends.
