We are happy to work with ciss group. The management have very good for doing the work with Ciss. Help full team work.

Learning part is very strong in CISS as well as in Sales and Marking training and review part also to good.

There is no salary increment and promotion on your performance the politics on high level and job security is nothing

There are no office culture.full of nepotism Manager are not take decision only his wife take it. Manager brother in law, brother is security officer. Promotion belongs to only him. And manager is also a bad character men.also every seniors are involve to make money from outside. Office enviornment is like fish market.where chiken mutton cooked,serve the liquor, i have more words but i cannot describe. Be carefull..
