"Disappointing Leadership: A Hindrance to Growth I'm disheartened by the lack of support and guidance from our Head of Department (HOD). Unreasonable expectations, unconstructive criticism, and unsupportive behavior have created a toxic work environment. A leader should inspire, motivate, and empower their team. Instead, our HOD's behavior has led to low morale, decreased productivity, and a sense of isolation. I hope our institution recognizes the need for effective leadership and takes necessary steps to address this issue.
