... basic avsec course.They are firm on their duty as well as soft with passengers.Salary is good and also team work is mandatory in this force.Duty is always at good locations like airports and metro.

Nothing sort of dislikings for this force except duty timings.We have to work all night and day

Central industrial security force is a good organisation which has imparted lot of knowledge regarding security and courtesy .It gives you opportunities to develop yourself physically and mentally for challenges and accomplishments of targets, because of cisf I have groomed myself as an officer to lead and motivate your subordinates in performing their duty willingly .

Salary and medical facilities are very good. Working conditions at airport is also very good

There is no cooperation between anyone. Weekly off is given once in 45-50 days. Leave is extremely difficult to get. Punishment is given frequently

Good salary package with accomodation,conveyance,medical allowances,childern education etc.this is industrial security so working areas are airports and big industries.

Dislikes

Long duty hours,night shifts,strict discipline with punishments,at some places except duty hours must join regimental duties.maximum time you have to spent very far from your hometown.means it is a central paramilitary force so very less chance to get posting near your home town so hard to manage mostly for ladies staff without any family assistance.married women cannot live with there kids if she has not any family support.if both husband and wife in cisf than forget about to live with your kids.well maximum toughness is from constable to inspector level.but if you joined as a gazzeted rank which starts from assistant commandant.than may be your life will be a bit easier.mostly everything related to duty will change means you can escape from night duty or long duty hours even not any extra fatigue.but yes kids and posting issues are same in this level.

...m a part of paramilitary force and got a golden opportunity to serve my country. My job is full secure and no complaint about salary. Surrounded environment is So nice for family. Airport sector provides us lots of good experiences.

The worst thing which I felt there is no work and time balance. The second thing there is no single day off not in seven days but it one or two months u got it means u r lucky. Third promotion opportunity is zero in this field.
