Freedom to work genuinely,friendly atmosphere

Dislikes

Presently over bossy and unjust MD and one who doesn't challenge people of, his own strength and size but someone worki in weaker posts who is bound to honors and respects him,A MD, should be understanding,loving and kind but also tactful,know the knack of getting work done voluntarily,sr Nagamani was unjustly punished,she a widow ,the only support to her unmarried sonswas transferred for no wrong done, because of biased enquiry,, Ano incapable of decisions,even though she hold a gazzeted post,she runs to MD for every design,Ano selection itself is wrong,it should be on seniority basis instation not on exams whose selection is biased on influence and money, Also working days should be 5 days a week not 6,lab personnel are not doing their work as per railway rules,nurses are forced to do their work thanks to their incharge Dr krishnaveni,inspite of this injustice,she gets her routine promotion, ,ex lab incharge like Dr Rami Reddy,Dr Jaganmohan who held even high posts of MD s post never did this injustice to nurses
