The company is open to inoperative and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of team that makes me reliable, high quality skill and has a research base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I do recive appreciation from my higher up.

Great to work here with scientists level guide, good and motivated environment, they provide house rant, developed curiosity for research in this working environment, peace full area, provide a full lab for work, exopuser for sport

Never work on contractual bases after complete the contract .you will not get easily job in other company like private sec. because atmosphere n work are fully deferent from outside private sector if you really want to clear any government job and exams then it is the better place otherwise never work here if you will choose private sector after contract.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
