Friends don't join in this company, when i had gone for interview First question HR asked was what is your caste second question was what is your 1st company MD'S caste(i had worked there for seven years) i didn't think these are suitable questions to ask in an interview. i had gone Assistant Manager - Warehouse position and was interviewed about my caste and secondly i know Basic Excell and i didn't Advance Excel and the interviewer asked about this topic,i didn't understand their interview process they didn't ask anything about warehouse or logistics just asked about caste and advanced excel. Their business is supplying books to schools i hope they are not printing about caste in those books,my sincere request to all schools is please once check after receiving the books from them i think schools should reconsider their decision He is Telugu speaking person

This was about an Interview experience at Central Books and continually it took 4 weeks of time for 4 rounds of interview session with no feedback provided. 1st round it took casually as the person seems to be at junior level. 2nd round had to wait till 8 pm of the alternate day since morning. 3rd round it's waste of time money and energy of a people instead they can arrange for a telephonic round 4th round asking irrelevant questions apart from professional couture. Still no response from the HR ,

Dislikes

Seems unorganised company with micro team Managing multiple business related to education which will work seasonally. We can guess their culture in an interview itself. Local company no one is interested. Think before you join this company
