Good work environment and culture. Teammates arr supportive and the management is transparent. There is. Huge cafeteria and gamjng arcade for chilling. Company polices are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of political and thr management does not address out isses. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Systematic way of working , learning point to children is good ,and taking exam process of every class if unit test / class test / topic test was good before not now

Ismai salary without B.ED person ko 4000 tk hi milti hai aur doosra agar kisi person ke pass achhi subject teaching skill hai to use uske skill ke adhar par kam do n ki degree ke adhar par aur unka initially salary bhi CBSE Board ki tarafh se fix kar deni chahiye all over India every district and villages also

I like that syllabus and curriculum of our education. Content in all the subjects it's creative and skillfully.

Dislikes

I am handling Grade 5 EVS right now CBSE portions( NCERT). I dislike that not updates syllabus and unwanted portions in EVS book. Kindly refer and change the syllabus in grade 4,5 EVS.Thank you.

Office timings and Holidays we're very good and there was a lot of work but it felt good

Dislikes

Only one thing was wrong in CBSE Board that when there was more work then they were made to work for 2-3-4 hours extra time, they were not given any overtime or they were called on weekends and they did not even get much.

There is good learning atmosphere and opportunity to newly update yourself with skills and abilities to standup for next employment only.

Dislikes

Working atmosphere is not so good tha one can feel easy with job, every day is challenging for them who are not a part of relation with Higher authority, there is very dirty politics on cast and community based now. Ever third officer is currupt. It's not a board it is shop only for schools every unlawfull activities is happening on this BOARD.
