At present working in CAPF is too mind disturbing due to nature of duty, long waiting period for promotion, no family life, pressure in duty, and various other things ...need to change it .

Its one of the elite paramilitary force. It was my privilege to be a part of ITBP. We had a tough training on different terrains like dessert,Jungle,snow mountains but I enjoyed all this because it teaches you about leadership and unity.
