Only one thing is likeable abouts this organization is on time salary

Worst company to work in Hyderabad F&F - They make their employees to beg for their own money. 349 days they took to clear F&F settlement. When an ex-employee mail them for F&F they ignore mails. They are well programmed/well graduated in ignoring mails. At the time of leaving HR person will say with a broad fake smile that they will clear Full & Final settlement within 45days,but they will never do. Continously 30+ times I have posted review about their company, then they have cleared F&F. No proper training to new joinees. Freshers should never think of joining this organization. They target freshers,so that in less salary they can take more output from freshers. They make their employees to work for 12hrs a day for their own benefits. Even on Sunday's as well. But in case of paying OT & Night shift allowances they pay once in a 6 months. At the time of joining they act like first class, but they are actually third class. Few TL's attitude are unbearable. Daily they come late to office, and they warn their teammates to come on time. Salary is very low comparing to Industry standards. Nothing, one can afford in that salary. Same review I have posted on Google about them, but they removed my review.I have re-posted 30 times. Now, they have blocked my review permanently. When someone pass true review about their company on Google, they keep removing their reviews. High expectations and freshers should never think of joining this organization.

When u join fresher u sign 2year bond and salary is very less not given best good training for freshers

Unimaginable working hours, no leaves, no proper week offs, no compensation for comp offs, no regular payslips, no corporate culture, payment is asper the company standards not on industry standards, negative environment, no hr to respond employee queries,

...ndidates should join,if they hold good knowledge in their previous companies. 5. HR department don't provide salary slips.To many mails to HR department for a single salary slip.
