The technical tam I worked with was a friendly and empathic.

Dislikes

Single sided decisions taken by the HR and the management on hikes, salary revisions, promotions, notice period. Poor coordination between the teams and no respect for the employees.

Nothing was good, whole day lot of calls

Dislikes

Management is not good, this is always favourable towards what manager says, doesn't listen to employee concerns, I was unnecessarily put into PIP and I was targeted employee in the project and removed from the project Hikes are very less 1 percent 2 percent 3 percent hikes were given after no hike in the previous year Even HRs won't listen to employee, they only listen to Managers

Dislikes

Senior manager is living in Australia, she don't know what the puck is going on here. Here Team leads behave like a Chairman of the company and destroy all the projects. Hiring process is worst, contractors are more safe than FTEs. During 1 year of my journey, i suffered a lot and hurts me a lot. I kindly request you one thing, Respected HRs don't believe words saying by Team leads.

They provide good work life balance.

Dislikes

They have a very lengthy hiring process. They will hire you and run behind you for onboarding but after that you will not be assigned any work. There is no job security. At any time like in one month's time, they can terminate you with all lame excuses.

Company has good work culture, Work life balance will be pretty good when you're experienced and depends on project you work on. 3 days/week for office.(Only for experienced persons). One thing I like here is WFH for some client side projects and no pressure on us to come to office as a mandatory. Skill development is too good which I like most in this company and support to employees for doing certifications is excellent and appreciate as well.

Dislikes

Major dislikes like no change of designation since joining, work life balance will be purely based on project and will be pathetic when you work on some client side projects. No hikes from few years the reason they're saying that only reason due to recession which is not acceptable, why because before recession also there are no hikes. No transport facility. Food items that available in cafeteria remembered of my college canteen. Even my college cafeteria is too good than this.
