Creativity freedom. Encourage cross-departmental functions. Everybody is focused on their job with no lines of hierarchy. Problem-solving style is diplomatic and practical. Leadership is more collaborative and less directed- that works for me personally.

There are so many politics The company is run some particular persons They show partially The manager give lots of work from home and leaves for the particular person The management didn't behave honestly They give self respect to the other employees They give every benefits and appraisal for the particular person Example, Maheshwari and Susan Susan is a poison But Maheshwari is a poison bottle The both are taking lots of work from home and leaves without any proceedure and inform But they are good employees at the company If you need to respect it won't be suitable for you The manager is not a common character to all It's one of the best politicians company
