Knowledge is the best thing you can learn here Manufacturing,piping,drawing,pnid,welding,testing, fluid mechanics etc

...they not want to clear your balance even you serve a part of your notice period. In company t&c they mentioned when the employee not want to serve the notice he needs to pay there basic salery but at the time of this decision they just say "the company don't want to leave you that's why this rule is not applicable to you." Even the MD reply your HOD will not want to release you i don't give you clearance as well. After requesting 2 or 3 time his reply I don't want to meet people my health will go down, don't irritate me you may go now immediately. Like a movie seen. *If you need to go short leave there are 3 step to signing first you need to sign from your HOD after that from HR and after the company Owner if you want to go at 3.30 you need to process from 1 PM. *The rules and regulations of the company is very flexible it will change when the company needs. Example, if 10 employees join this organisation in nov and dec the bonus deduction is on from nov or dec but at the time of your bonus return the company change the policy it will be from 1 april to 30 march, it means you have only 3,4 months bonus. *The short leave also flexible for some times it will be 2 hrs 2 days in month,some time 1 hrs 2 days in month. *The company fire the employee when they want without notice. *The working time is flexible you need to in on time without a minute late and the out time you need to forget.

It's very bad experience

...ct my 50% amount of my all full and final amount. At a full and final time my 1.5 months salary and 8 days my EL and my 6 months bonus all total amount up to 1 lack. But company will provide me only 46000. As per my experience don't join this type of company that shows a limited company but act as a thief.

Salary as per limited company, salary will get on 20th of next months. But you get pf, exi/ medical insurance. Good manager like Praveen Arora is there.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary is not given on time, all employees are unhappy due to management don't address the issue. They keep your two months salary with him, in addition 2-3 month notice for 20k job. No one hears employees.

Dislikes

Workload is huge, overloaded even if you try to be honest. Working hours is too long 10-11 hours per days with strict timing. They cut unjustified salary which you know when it comes to your account. Official Sunday off but in reality all 7 days working, if you oppose your salary will be cut.
