Salary is very less, Lots of politics by directors, no good environment, micro management by Directors, targeting people, Mallu politics, no compensation, not recommended for Exp people;

...fresher this was great opportunity to learn and work with supportive colleagues. There was huge cafeteria and place to play to chill our mood and they give good salary hike and bonus.

Career growth is slow and there is a bond of two years before which you cannot resign
