Worst company ever seen. They will ask you to work and they will never pay you for your work. Always giving fake commitment and making people to work but will test your patience to the core so that you can leave without pay. This is the motive of the people there as senior management. Zero work life balance and even you work hard they won't pay you. I have seen payment was not done to architects, construction workers,structural designers etc. if anything needed from you they will go anything beyond to get it from you but they won't pay you. I don't suggest anyone to waste their valuable time to this company unless you have powerful law people in friends or relatives.

They will not give the salary on time for every site engineer and office staff. Sometimes the employees who work over there didn't get the salary eventually. Office staff has to work beyond 7pm even though work times is 10am -7pm. Some of the site engineer had spent some personal amount to purchase few required for the site work but most of the time that amount was not paid back to those site engineers. Poor management ( especially Project manager), he is with the company for the past 2 years and he has a poor management skills. Sometimes you have to work on Sunday also

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Management is somewhat pressuring the onsite employees. Calculating salary for onsite employees according to App login details has to be change. At the end of the work pointing onsite employees be the responsibles for every mistakes is not good.

There are no manager, we work as smaller groups and has freedom to explore and design specific to clients needs and customers also are very supportive. it doesn't feel like a construction company, as more importance to architects own ideas
