They don't give salary on time and there are delays in paying salary. They have history of not paying salary to employees on time. This happens for 3-6 months every year. E.g They will pay November month salary by 31 of December and December salary by end of February. The balance salary for the months might be paid when this situation comes back to normal or might not be paid for next 3-4 years. There was a situation 5 years ago where they did not pay full salary for 8 months and the remaining balance is still not paid. They pay salary to USA employees every 15 days as the laws are strict there but in India they are misusing the law as no-body has taken legal action against them. They have recently fired 28 out of 50 total employees as they are not able to pay them. They didn't terminate the employees but asked them to resign themselves and gave them just 15-30 days notice. After any employee leaves they don't pay Full and Final settlements for atleast 6 months. There are people who have left the company 1 year ago and still haven't got FNF payment and the pending salary from 5 years ago for the months of missed salary.

Good pay, job security is there. Wfh in covid. Learning opportunities in next gen technologies like AR/VR, Blockchain, metaverse as well.

...*7. - If you take leaves and once you are back you will have to do extra work. - No career growth and salary is delayed mostly monthly - Leaves are very less. - Unrealistic timelines and everything is urgent. Once you submit the respective managers will sleep over it. - - You would be expected to work different technologies but there will be no one to support and you are expected to learn yourself and start working from day 1. - I was asked to join client calls after midnight as well - Most of the employees are demotivated and are frustrated

- Salary gets delayed sometime 10th of every month - Work/life balance is bad expected to work everytime and late nights to have a overlay with onsite team - Taking leaves is not advisable they want you to work weekends and round the clock - Timelines are really not practical basically they want everything urgently and sleep over it and no urgency to submit - Policies are not clear and sometimes management takes advantage of these

They were not having hr policies, long working hours, no management, zero work life balance, company with zero gratitude for there employees, they ask you to work on new technology without any training, leader is list bothered about there employees.

Honestly, quite everything. I have been working here for the past 2 years and it was awesome to be a part of Cemtrex team. The management is amazing. They will help you, guide you at every step. Work culture is inclusive and awesome. Every one gets to share their creative feedback freely with the supervisors. Team leads guide you through difficulties.

Dislikes

So far, it has been an overall amazing experience and so far I haven't faced any issue with the company.
