Some other colleague are very clever they are choosing a job which is easy and light only if they found out that there is another type of heavy job. Supervisor's are having a favoritism of giving a light job and heavy job to his workmen, just for example one mechanic is only doing for truck mixer job but some workmen are doing multiple kind of job. Hiring an employee whom doesn't know well about the job it's just because of recommendation for a certain people whom has a rank in the company. Hiring an employee for laborer category doesn't know how to read, write and speak international language, No appreciation of the job you have done well, Sometimes superiors are one sided only lot of politics making an advantage for degrading workmen and report. Some workmen committing a violation like just making some damage of the spare parts and superiors are covering the incident and it cause a lot of money. No strong experience for technical and actual of the position what they have they are expert only on talking and schooling making some experiment of the job considering that he maligning the company
