Being central public sector enterprise job security was 100%. Since seven cci factories were closed due to mis management, there is little scope to careergrowth.Upgradation of cement Units were not done asper new technology in the market, thus consumption of electricity, coal which is costing 65%of cement production , compare to private sector is more by ----- 75%. Public money is wasted like this.

Despite sever Competition from pvt players it has been able to be in green for last several years. It provides challenging work environment and unlimited opportunities to learn. The growth of an employee is only based upon its ACR which effect the efficiency of a hard worker. There is no out of the way promotion. The working is asper the guidelines and framework resulted you can't iniciated New thoughts etc etc.
