Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Celsius is a great place to work, I've known this company for a long time. Its an honour to be associated with 'Celsius'. The culture here is very welcoming, staff is treated a family. As a senior member, we get new tasks and challenging projects that give us new opportunities & a great learning experience. The management have been very supportive throughout and always welcome new ideas. Overall an amazing journey so far!

Office politics is very heigh there. Many employees left their job because of office politics. Office Enviroment - not good for efficient & hardworking employees because only buttering works there. (Chamchagiri mean a lot for stablity here). Not a good place for female employees. Mentally harrashed by co worker by bullying or wrong comments. This company management is so weak. Company policy- Hr show fake policies & shows fake picture about company.

It's a totally unprofessional work place. Management treats employees as a tissue paper. You have to work as per the whimsies and fancies of management. No work ethics and professionalism at all. Better work in lala ji shop rather than this company. Stay away from this so-called company. Not recommended at all. Working with the management is a total waste of your valuable time. Management is completely unprofessional and unethical.
