...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are faii and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Nothing is to like about company.I experienced the worst company ever.working culture is very bad and all managers feel themself as a king they never help anyone.

Everything thing is in company is worst no strategy,no planning,no support from managers.

Company does not see what an employee does it just is maintaining family relations and growth given to only them not a good company to work no ethics and not a good work culture.Too many manipulation in accounts.

Upper management's messeges are transperant, no hide and seek, value for work, never indulge in any unethiclal deeds

Local management insists on work towards short term gain which dose not comply with company's long term vission

The company is open to innovation readily adopts latest technology. I love that fact that I am a part a teamthats makes reliablehigh quality products. As result I get knowledge and another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we happily in collaboration also like the employer re higher policy here.
