Good vision and goal.

Dislikes

Research work needs to be more professional with experienced persons. Managers are far from today's advanced biological understanding. Need to train technical managers on more biology & sciences.

The work being done here, ample amount of flexibility, WFH, depending upon individuals there can be work life balance.. quite political, but that is in almost every other company.
