...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...teammates are supporting but hod is not. There is no gaming arcade for chilling. At this covid situation company is not supporting us and not given a salary of four months from may to august.

Nothing. Not even the products.

Dislikes

Products are bad.. imported or copied. Nothing original. Do not join this company at any cost. They don't have seating arrangements for employees. They have filled people in all the conference rooms, reception area with big table and chairs, no ac, next i think they will make people sit on the stair case. Only directors floor is well maintained. Talking about employees benefit - there used to be mangoes distributed during summer, that is also stopped. For diwali you will get cheap almond packet that's it. No wfh, no mediclaim, no child care. My colleague got breathing issues sitting in the reception area with cardboard boxes. Notice period was the worst time of my life.. they wanted me to serve 90 days of notice period with no discussion whatsoever. Reason: they were not being able to find a replacement; now even after leaving of this place quite some time ago, they haven't found a replacement. They never wanted to..just torture the leaving employee. I regret my decision of joining this company. During recruitment they will say 2 Saturday off..but it is all a lie.
