1. The very first thing is they pay peanuts compared to the industry standards. 2. No Job Security (They work on hire and fire policy). 3. The CEO. 4. Pathetic work culture.

Likes

There are no good points at the company. The owners of the company needs to take an active role in understanding the company’s operations and addressing the toxic culture. Advice- if company want to survive, it needs to rebuild it’s foundation- invest in competent leadership, prioritise employee satisfaction , and address the toxic culture. Re-evaluate the leadership team.

Dislikes

1. Poor management leadership lack direction and created confusion. 2. Toxic work environment general manager Arijit Bhowmick contributed significantly to this. He treated colleagues poorly, often likes subordinated rather than team members, and displayed unprofessional behaviour by spreading false stories about his peers to the management. This created a hostile and demotivating atmosphere. 3. Unreasonable deadlines and excessive workloads made a healthy balance impossible. 4. No salary or career growth 5. Employee concerns were ignored, which further eroded morale.
