Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing, it's completely hell from top to bottom. Management, staff, HR all are jurk only.

Dislikes

Company and there management completely horrible. Don't believe there 3,4,5ratings in company review. All good rating handled by Company HR. When you joined company then only you realised. And the working starts from 8:00 a.m till 3:00 am and extended too. If you take break for 5 min then mangement need ur justification they not accept your Lunch time breakfast or dinner. They want employee will do 24/7 Without paying amount or comp off.

There is no work load and you will get enough time to relax

Dislikes

The company working culture is not that good. The management don’t have any idea about product development(software). They recruited many people without checking their skill sets. End of the day the product is not completed and they fired many employees. In my point of view they don’t have any idea on how to do the recruitment, how to manage resources, how to develop the product
