Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

So employees can plan for the vacation and investment During pandemic time company has taken care of all the employees they didn't pay salary at home but till we were on board they have done great job and took care of us and paid us We are really thank full to all our management of celebrity cruise

Less salary, work too much and if u work too much it should not be seen if it's more than 10-15 hrs daily...adjust time cards bcoz if u don't do ur manager will give u hard time....less rest time..less salary..promotion very slow..
