As I had joined this company as a fresher, I went throught lot of exposure to multiple technologies and lucky enough to have hands on them. I worked in an competitive environment which really boosted up my skills on personal level.

...his comany. 2) Management - Company is planning too much but fails to implement. This directly affects the employees like delay in full time conversion, increments, bonus, salaries and etc. 3) Promotions/Increment - Company does not care about your efforts on your teams and projects, they'll never reach out to your manager for feedback or either neglect that. People who would be getting better apprisals are those who have good connections(chattu). 4) Many More - There are tons of dislike that I have with this company but I think these are enough to justify.

Domains for project exposure is limited in the team which were only SAP. Work-Life balance is not so good here sometimes you may also have to work for 16-20 hrs a day.

The mean of Celebal Technology is a trap of conspiracies, 1. they alway hire the intern on less salary or unpaid interns for 4 months of period they promise to convert them in trainee and after 4 months in fulltime, but after 4 months they willl say that compnay situation is not good so wait for some months, they also takes the interview for conversion even if your work is good. 2. after some months they will put you out without any reason they will force you to resign even if you work day and night, nobody will be there to listen you 3. manager behavior will too rude and its not the mistakes of him, its mistake of the company management 4. managers force to interns and trainee to work on billiable projects they will force you to work day and night and if you will deny it, they will start to torture and say that they can be put you out from the company 5. at the time of internship you have to come monday to saturday
