In the biometric punching machine, if there is a delay of even 1 minute in punching in and punching out, then absenteeism starts happening.

I felt good to work with this organisation because there is always innovative things comes or suggest from the management to learn and work over that. I learnt a lot while working here and improved to ourselves personally or professionaly.
