No increment has been done since I joined this company. Management hardly listen to your queries. You're not an employee to them but a disposable which could be thrown away whenever management wishes Hardly get any appreciation and the work culture is becoming increasingly toxic and stressful. Increased workload often result in premature termination. Once you finalize the product, termination occurs promptly as there is no longer a need for your presence on the already functioning product.
