As it's a m.n.c so the facilities are very good but slightly low starting salary for diploma holders.. Overall u will love to work very hard here as most of them are of same age but will regret urself for not being paid proper amount...salary will defenetly come at the end of month no doubt

Growth is decent but the starting salary is below 10,000 in hand.. That's the most undesirable thing i felt here

...y are not well behaved. Transport Facility is very poor from Halol bus stand. And of course salary is less according to our work. Work appreciation is also not good.

Training programmes are the best part. Safety is kept at 1st priority. Lot of scope is in there. Management is cool, celebration and parties are another attraction that kept me stick to the company.

Salary and bonus schemes are very poor. Few immediate bosses i.e. assistant manager are not so supportive.

CEAT is good for initial experience bcoz there is lot of things to learn in Production, SCM, Quality. Overall CEAT is good organization to work. Work life Balance n also the job security is great there.

Initial salary is less and if want to grow on your career you have to switch accordingly.

Be of I am production department there is very bad department. And there has very hard hard work . Like a labour . Like :- its. Environment and it's working place

Work to salary ratio is very worst. Compare to work salry is tooo less And Here is no future scope .
