Shift hours only disappointed to night shift working in 8hours that only point dislike and second disappoint is salary growth is average improvement for annual basis.

The salary is 12600 in starting year and the workload especially in curing department is to much you will not get time even to have lunch or anything both physically and mentally work here if sometimes if tyres is cured and not There is no Eot to lift the tyre we have to take out from our hand from Curing machine and plus too much Hot work load to much and noting much you will learn

Be of I am production department there is very bad department. And there has very hard hard work . Like a labour . Like :- its. Environment and it's working place

Work to salary ratio is very worst. Compare to work salry is tooo less And Here is no future scope .
