Unprofessional & unethical management Hiding POSH and integrity cases for safeguarding particular community people. BSC graduate people directing Engineers and making worse decisions Nashik plant: "Brahmin community lobby: if you are a Brahmin by caste, you will survive till your retirement; otherwise, your job security will be at stake. Complaining to top management is of no use because they are also familiar with the issue but only want to run the plant by hook or by crook. There was much legal noncompliance, and management didn't want to invest for compliance. The whole plant is influenced by unionized people. If a worker raises any issue , it becomes a top priority for them, and they can take action against any manager without any investigation . Union-driven factory.

The salary is 12600 in starting year and the workload especially in curing department is to much you will not get time even to have lunch or anything both physically and mentally work here if sometimes if tyres is cured and not There is no Eot to lift the tyre we have to take out from our hand from Curing machine and plus too much Hot work load to much and noting much you will learn

...as no value now. People who are pleasing bosses are being given good increments. Salary is not at par with industries. After working for 27 years ,salary was not satisfactory.
