Company should pay attention to their employees whose behaviour is very poor at new associates.You should fired those unmannered associate who discouraged new comers.They mentally harassed them.Same things also happened with me.

The company open to innovation and readily adopts for latest technology.work life balance and company values . Policies are very flexible , gives me freedom the way you want to work for the result . I am part of a team of ceat I love that fact .also my colleagues comes from different culture background , and we work happily with each other , knowledge sharing is reliable and easily ,

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours in a day . there are new plant so some facilities gain moderately, which is a pain sometimes.

The company is open to make high quality two wheeler and three wheeler tyre. This plant is completely digitalization also mes (manufacturing execution system) installed to minimise humen errors. I love the fact that I am part of a team that adopt new technology and run many types of projects to new innovation and highly profitable tyre company in India and second largest market share in tyre industries. Another plus point of this team is that comes various collegeus from different culture and state and gender equality all male and female associate work together in all shift at same pay scale and this organization provided high security for female candidates.

...nagement is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gym arcade for chiling . Policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus

Complaining to top management is of no use because they are also familiar with the issue but only want to run the plant by hook or by crook. There was much legal noncompliance, and management didn't want to invest for compliance. The whole plant is influenced by unionized people. If a worker raises any issue , it becomes a top priority for them, and they can take action against any manager without any investigation . Union-driven factory.
