In its record , this company never pays their x employees full and final . So before giving resignation try to take the salary and then put resign . You will loose hope after doing follow-up and one day you will forget about your FnF amount . And the HR’s will not pickup your call and if they pickup , they will extend the month on after the another .

Promotion and appraisal is quick...

They are doing very big scam (i would like to say) They promising the salary in the offer letter like for e.g. ₹100 after deductions. but reality in hand we will get only 5-6% less than mentioned in offer letter i.e., ₹50. and the rest will be given as MPLR (in their terms) as copany doesn't work in Incentive Sceheme... if He/She can do the sell then only the MPLR will be credited at the end of the month (point to be noted) If not then half (30%)will be credited depending upon the daily activities done and maintaining it or not... Backend team, AVP, HOL are not supportive To many Internal process by which the order given by the cleints get delayed or the customer itself cancels the deals.

They don't have proper upper level management skills for which the junior level managers ARM and BM just follow the orders obediently. The products they have are pretty good but practical implications of such products are very rare for B2B sales. Prices of the products are so much that convincing such products becomes so hard. A person from ceasefire can only survive through selling existing customers for buyback or refill of an old extinguishers. New clients are almost impossible to procure. Also the Managers that are over there follow discrimination one over another who is dearest becomes partially supported from the AVP and becomes manager early. That is why the time period and skills that were required to become a fruitful manager was not met resulting which bad managers and the team members got resigned early or forcefully. No proper territory management for which there is everyday a clash between different teams and within team members which has become malignant through all location. Nobody leaves any sales whether its a juniors or seniors nor any other territory. The existing data that they provide so called confidential by the managers are all lies because they all know the truth that the data has been circulated to every team member, They give false hope and make work hard where there is no hope. The training program is good but the lack of implementation of such knowledge is non existing. Thus resulting in lesser sales and early forceful resignation. Thats all.
