I like the company policy of salary payment. This company give you salary on time but there is no job security. There is some people which will help you to grow in your career. If you want to increase your skills and there is an opportunity then obviously go for this company. My overall experience was very good because i learnt many things from here. Thanks

There is a leave policy but one can not avail leave policy, bonus is not fixed, no anual increment, no HR activity, no picnic or employee get together, saturday is working.

You will get a good exposure of execution work.

This is a family business with multiple stakeowners and everybody trying to get into the decisions, which eventually make a difficult working culture to survive there. Company is quite small they have crossed their first 100 crore mark in 2024 even though the company started 30 years back. Their management is quite rigid and sometimes even blunt to the clients and that's the reason they won't get much of the business from retention.
